This is the Puppy Adoption Bureau, but it's Closed.
The kids have all gone on to their new homes to play and love and be loved. Today is New Year's Day and it was a particularly warm one as the Calhouns took both Sable and Lance to join their family. Lance and Sable have become best buddies, and Lance will need someone to torment him now that his Mom can't do it anymore. Paul has already sent pictures of Bandit and his big sister, so I know he's doing well.
As always, Baron was very depressed to see the last of the kids leave home. Also as always, I joined him, but this time it was especially difficult because Lance was kinda special to me. I had earlier planned to keep him, but have sorta decided that I will let Brandy do it one more time and Lance is taking his love to a special place with Matthew.
This is the sadness of a happy time. The kids brought lots of love, laughs and licks in the three months that they spent with us. It is always sad to see them go, but always heartwarming to know that they have gone to good, loving homes.

Right now it's a tie. At their 10 week checkup, she weighed 5
pounds.
This is Joyce, Baby's new mom. Baby will help Joyce with her work in her home office (Yeah, just like she helps me in the shop.) Baby will be loved! ---> |

at least as big as his Dad, maybe bigger. This is Matthew, Lance's new big brother. Lance was supposed to be posing for the picture, but looks like he was trying to help Matthew console Dad. (It didn't work very well.) Lance is taking Sable along with him so he will have a playmate his own size. --> |

She will actually be Sable's new big sister, but this looks like a family affair to me. Sable was really happy to be going with her brother, Lance. ---> |
