This is the puppy Adoption Bureau, but it's closed now.

We keep our puppies a bit longer ( ! ), mostly because they are so delightful and so much fun to have around.  The byproduct advantage for a new owner is that they are more developed, both physically and in personality, so you can better see what your dog will be like.  These kids have exuberant personalities with no signs of timidity.   They run, romp and play -- with one another, with their parents and, more recently, with members of their extended family.  They do require a lot of love, but that's so easy to do.

(For more enjoyment, click on the pictures to see larger images.  Some of them are a slow load, but they're worth every second of it.  Use your Back button to return to this page.)

<--   I think these two pictures provide a clue as to why we keep having puppies around here.  -->

The kids always look so angelic when they're sleeping.   --->

The Brothers   --->

<--  Sister and Li'l Bit  -->

<--  This is Annabelle.  She is already taken.  She is going to join her older brother, Joe.

This is Christy, Annabelle's new Mom.  I think Annabelle likes her.  -->

<--  Sometimes Brother is very reserved and dignified.  Brother is going to be big, like his Dad.  A sweet and playful disposition.

These are the Knitters, Dick & Kathy, Brother's new Mom and Dad.  Brother will hang out in Dick's home office and help with the work.

<--  Buster poses well.  Buster, also, is going to be big.  Probably a little bigger than Brother, but hard to tell at this age.  Like Brother, he is playful and sweet.   -->

Buster is going to be a Christmas present for two nice people, so he will be around until the 22nd.  (Dad likes that.)

<--  Li'l Bit is just darlin'.  She is the smallest pup we've ever had.  She will probably be around ten to twelve pounds when grown.  She is sometimes a little brat and loves to tease her older siblings by stealing a toy, then hiding under the end table.  They're too big to get under there, so she just lays under there and barks at them.  She is tiny, but she is cat quick, so can steal something before they even know she's around.  -->
Li'l Bit  & Sister went home with the Richards.  See picture below.
<--   Sister is cuddly and loveable.  She is also going to be big like Dad.  Maybe around 20 pounds when she's grown.

These are the Richards, Dick & Beverly.  They will afford lots of love and affection for Sister and Li'l Bit.  Also, Li'l Bit will still have Sister to harass.    :-)    --->

The kids are all gone now, but their memories remain.
