 Oh, my, the kids are almost eight weeks old now.  Pretty soon we have to face the prospect of seeing them go away to their new homes -- but, not yet, so let's enjoy them while they're here.

<--  Jasmine and Cinnamon enjoying the fire on a cool night. -->

<--  Looks like Big Sister is telling Daddy a little "girl secret."

 It's always nice when a Dad can relax and be alone in the evening. -->

<--  "Girl talk" between Mom and daughter

Sassy enjoying a toy that is bigger than her. -->

<-- Looks like more girl talk.

Cuddling up next to Daddy makes a girl feel so safe.  -->

 <--  Sable & Sassy sharing a toy.

Puppies just love shoelaces.  -->

<-- Sassy still practicing being cute.

Jasmine, Sassy & Big Sister with a little evening play time.  -->

<--  Dad is trying to doze while Big Sister gives him a little kiss.

And then tries to get him to play -->

<--  Not sure what Jasmine is telling her Daddy, but it looks like maybe he doesn't like it.

Nope; he didn't like it! -->

 <--  A little girl off for a walk in the woods, but she is obviously well protected.

Sable gives her new "big sister" a big kiss. -->

<--  And then tries to steal her toy.

While everybody else is out in the yard playing, Cinnamon decides to have a little snack. -->

<--  Occasionally Mom needs a little relief from her milk production.  The kids are always happy to provide it.  (Notice anything odd about the color distribution?)

The kids enjoy their evening reading.  Sometimes Mom joins them.   -->

<--  After supper play

Mom is sharing her bone with Jasmine   -->

<--  Looks like Dad is thinking,  "Cinnamon, that isn't very ladylike."

   Cinnamon in a pretty pose by the fireplace.  -->

<--   Big Sister gets a little exclusive play time with Dad.

But not for long, as Jasmine joins in.  -->

<--  Looks like the girls are winning.

More help arrives.   -->

<--   Mom can't stand being left out, so she joins in as Sassy just watches.

Enough play time, so Mom retreats back to her chair.  -->

<--   Play can be exhausting, so it's time for a nap.   Jasmine (I think) decides not to join the group.

And Dad takes the opportunity for a restful nap by the fire. -->

<--  Do you think Big Sister is hiding something behind that leaf?

Yep!  It's a mole that Mom caught and left for the kids to play with.   -->
